The Advanced Renewable Technologies module delves into cutting-edge renewable energy solutions tailored to address the specific challenges of energy poverty. Students will explore the latest advancements in renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, hydro, and biomass, focusing on their applicability and scalability in resource-constrained settings. Students will understand the technical, economic, and social dimensions of deploying advanced renewable technologies for energy access and poverty alleviation through theoretical study, practical demonstrations, and case analyses.
